Is my progress saved?

Yes, automatically, on your iPhone. The game also keeps a backup copy in your iPhone's Keychain, so your progress comes back if you delete and reinstall the game.

I got a new iPhone. How do I keep my progress?

Sign in to the same Apple Account on the new iPhone with iCloud Keychain turned on (iPhone Settings, your name, iCloud, then Passwords), or restore the new iPhone from a backup of the old one. Then install Lumen Deep and open it.

How do I start over?

Open Settings in the game (the gear at the top of the screen) and tap Reset all progress twice. This cannot be undone.

Research notifications aren't showing

Open your iPhone's Settings, find Lumen Deep, tap Notifications and turn on Allow Notifications.

How do I turn off data sharing?

Open Settings in the game and turn off Share usage data. The game then stops sending anonymous gameplay and crash information. See the privacy policy for details.

Music, sounds and vibration

Each can be switched on or off in the game's Settings.
